He began his career at the U.S. Department of State as Director of Financial Management Services, then held VP-level roles at Oracle, Infor and Workday. He has seen the federal shift to shared services up close and is a trusted advisor on applications and technology to the federal CFO, CIO and CHCO community. He holds an MBA from George Washington University.
